The studio

We have worked inside banking, telecommunications, insurance and food and beverage. Different industries, the same discovery every time. The work was real and the system was missing.

We learned the cost of that the expensive way. We trusted a platform to do what it advertised, rebuilt on it twice and lost half a year. Software that does not fit the business is not a shortcut. It is a longer road with a better brochure. That is exactly why we agree the scope and the price before anything is built.

Built for the community we came from. One bench, two kinds of work, held to one standard.

A tall detail of the same desk with one monitor, a coiled cable and a cup of coffee

What it costs

Every price below is a starting point for a scope agreed in writing before anything is built. No hourly billing. No change orders.

[ 01 ]

Marketing site

from US$1,500

A site that sells what you do. Design, build, content structure and launch.

[ 02 ]

Web application

from US$5,000

A tool your team logs into. Accounts, permissions, data and the workflow you actually run.

[ 03 ]

Software as a service

from US$12,000

A product you sell to other people. Tenants, billing, roles and an audit trail, taken to your first customers.

Every engagement includes design, build, testing, launch and handover of the code, the domain and the accounts.

Not included: paid advertising, written content, photography, third party licences and the hosting bill. Those are quoted separately, or you get pointed at somewhere cheaper to buy them.

How the price is that low

Something must be missing at this price, right? Wrong. Nothing is missing. The market is simply used to charging you for things that were never part of the work.

The studio is small. There is no sales layer and no account manager buried in your quotation. The infrastructure behind our own products gets reused instead of rebuilt for every client, and your scope is fixed before work starts, so there is nothing to renegotiate halfway through.

What we do

Six things. We would rather do six properly than list twenty and mean none of them.

[ 01 ]

Bespoke web development

Marketing sites and web applications built from the way you actually work. You own the code, the domain and the accounts at handover.

[ 02 ]

Software as a service

A real product with tenants, billing, roles and an audit trail, taken from the first sketch through to customers paying for it.

[ 03 ]

Assistants on WhatsApp

An extra staff member on the number your customers already message. It answers questions, qualifies enquiries and books appointments around the clock, then hands the conversation to a person.

[ 04 ]

Integrations

The systems you already run, joined up. Accounting, customer records, payment gateways and document stores, connected so that nobody retypes anything.

[ 05 ]

Design and identity

Interface, brand and the words on the screen, designed as one piece of work instead of three.

[ 06 ]

Production and support

Hosting, monitoring, backups and somebody who answers when it breaks at two in the morning.

Works with what you already run.

Most businesses do not need replacing. They need joining up. The systems you already pay for stay exactly where they are, and only the missing part gets built.

Not on the list? If it has an interface we can talk to, yours can join it.

Why bespoke, and where it is the wrong answer.

Buy the commodity. Build the difference. The money is in the join, and the join is where most projects quietly fail. That is the part we are best at.

Buy what everyone has

Accounting, payroll and helpdesk are solved problems. Renting those by the seat costs you less than owning them, and somebody else stays up late keeping them legal.

Build what only you have

The workflow your competitors cannot copy, and anything your own customers touch. Bending a low-code platform around that costs you six months and still looks rented.

Own the seam

The join between what you bought and what you built is where most projects quietly fail. It is also where your value sits, and it is the work we are best at.

Leave with everything

Your code, your domain, your payment gateway and your data are yours from the first day. If you ever decide to leave, you should be able to.

Here is what to know before working with us.

Yunaris is deliberately small. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and stays your point of contact from the first call to the handover.

For larger scopes a trusted collaborator joins on design or delivery. The standard of your work does not change with the size of your job.

A marketing site is typically three to five weeks. A web application depends entirely on your scope, so it is sized in stages and each stage carries a date you can hold us to.

A longer date that is met beats a short one that slips, so that is the date you will be quoted.

A description of the job as it is done today, and who does it. That is usually enough for your first conversation.

Later you supply your content, your brand assets if you have them and access to whatever the software has to talk to.

You get the repository, the domain and every account in your own name. Nothing is held hostage and nobody disappears at handover.

If you want the studio to keep running it, that is quoted separately. If you would rather take it in house or hand it to another team, everything is documented so that you can.

Identity, interface design and engineering happen in one place, which is why the finished thing tends to feel coherent.

If you already have a brand, your work happens inside it rather than around it.

The starting points are published on this page. A marketing site from US$1,500 or RM6,000. A web application from US$5,000 or RM20,000. Software as a service from US$12,000 or RM49,000.

Each is a fixed price for a scope agreed in writing before that stage starts, so there is no meter running while you think. If your budget does not fit your scope you will hear so early rather than late.

Yes, and you hear it on the first call. Enterprise resource planning rollouts, managed information technology, cybersecurity auditing and human resources transformation programmes are not ours to deliver.

Those need a different kind of firm, and you will be given a name. A clear no in your first week costs you nothing. A stretched yes discovered in your third month costs you the project.

Yes. You own the code, the domain and the payment gateway, in your accounts, under your name.

Nothing is resold to you as a licence, and your business never sits behind a login that somebody else controls.
